AC/DC lifting magnet repair is not a motor rewind
A lifting magnet is a coil and a magnetic circuit. Al-Zouk Al-Massi rewinds AC and DC magnet coils in Jubail, checks pole faces, and tests hold. Motors and other AC/DC machinery are separate pages and separate jobs. Yards in Dammam send magnets that no longer lift or that overheat on rated duty.
Why magnets get their own job card
Duty cycle, insulation, and potting are not the same as a motor slot. Mixing magnet and motor work on one quote hides the test. Hold force and temperature are what the yard needs written down.
