Transformer rewinding
Transformer rewinding is done in the Jubail workshop for industrial power and control transformers. Failed coils are stripped, wound to original turns and insulation, assembled, and tested. Units are received from Dammam and other Saudi plants.
A transformer rewind is turns, insulation class, and a dry-out — not a motor job with a different name.

- Open circuit after overload or moisture

Asked before the first visit
- Do I need to bring the machine to Jubail?
- Rewind and shop balancing are done in Jubail. Site diagnosis and some generator or mechanical work can be done in Dammam or elsewhere.
- What information should I send with a request?
- Nameplate photo, kW or kVA, voltage, speed, fault symptoms, and the city of the machine. That shortens the first call.
