Fabrication and lathe machine work
Fabrication and lathe work supports the repair jobs: shafts, sleeves, flanges, brackets, and one-off parts turned or fabricated in the Jubail shop so a motor, pump, or machine can go back together. Dammam and other Saudi plants send drawings or the worn sample.
If the spare is a drawing and a piece of steel, it is a shop job. Fits are measured, not guessed.

Questions
Asked before the first visit
- Do I need to bring the machine to Jubail?
- Rewind and shop balancing are done in Jubail. Site diagnosis and some generator or mechanical work can be done in Dammam or elsewhere.
- What information should I send with a request?
- Nameplate photo, kW or kVA, voltage, speed, fault symptoms, and the city of the machine. That shortens the first call.
