Computerized dynamic balancing
The Jubail workshop offers computerized dynamic balancing for rotors, armatures, fans, and similar rotating parts. Unbalance is measured and corrected to a stated grade so vibration drops before the machine goes back on the foundation in Dammam or elsewhere in the Kingdom.
Balancing is a number, not a feeling. Residual unbalance is recorded on the job card with the rotor mass and speed.

Asked before the first visit
- Do I need to bring the machine to Jubail?
- Rewind and shop balancing are done in Jubail. Site diagnosis and some generator or mechanical work can be done in Dammam or elsewhere.
- What information should I send with a request?
- Nameplate photo, kW or kVA, voltage, speed, fault symptoms, and the city of the machine. That shortens the first call.
