Motors rewinding
Motor rewinding is done in the Jubail shop: strip, record turns and wire size, rewind, varnish, bake, and test. Induction, pump, fan, and compressor motors from Dammam and other Saudi sites are accepted. The rewind matches the nameplate, not a generic kit.
A motor rewind without the original data is a different machine. Turns, connection, and class are copied before the old copper comes out.

- Burned stator after overload or single-phasing
- Earth on winding
- Failed rewind from a previous shop
- Insulation collapse after moisture or heat

Asked before the first visit
- Do I need to bring the machine to Jubail?
- Rewind and shop balancing are done in Jubail. Site diagnosis and some generator or mechanical work can be done in Dammam or elsewhere.
- What information should I send with a request?
- Nameplate photo, kW or kVA, voltage, speed, fault symptoms, and the city of the machine. That shortens the first call.
