What computerized dynamic balancing does in the shop
Computerized dynamic balancing measures unbalance in a rotor and adds or removes mass until vibration is within a stated grade. Al-Zouk Al-Massi balances armatures, fans, and pump rotors in Jubail after rewind or rebuild, then records residual unbalance. That number is what Dammam plants should ask for.
Balancing is a grade, not a feeling
A rotor that was rewound or had an impeller welded will shake at speed even if the winding is correct. Two-plane shop balance corrects that before the machine goes back on the foundation.
What comes in
Motor rotors and armatures, process fans, couplings that the shop can mount. The job card lists mass, speed, and residual. Call 056 489 5748 before sending a rotor that cannot be lifted in the shop.
