Generator runs but builds no voltage in Dammam

Engine running is not a healthy set
Voltage is an electrical circuit: residual, AVR, spinning diodes or excitation, and the stator. A set that hunts or smokes under load can still be mechanical. Both belong on one job card so the plant is not sent to two vendors.
