Industrial waste pump overhaul: wet end and motor
Industrial waste pumps fail at the wet end and in the motor, often in the same event: effluent through a seal, then an earthed winding. Overhaul at Al-Zouk Al-Massi in Jubail strips hydraulics, replaces seals and wear parts, and rewinds the motor when the stator is dead. Dammam plants should not split that into two contracts.
One machine, two ends
Impeller clearance, wear rings, and mechanical seals are the hydraulic job. The motor is the electrical job. A pump that trips after a seal leak needs both recorded on the same card.
